We may use client work in portfolios unless explicitly outline not to in our written agreement.
Portfolio usage is determined case by case and outlined in each client contract.

Products & Services

Beauty & Skincare Products

• All products are paid at checkout through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

• We make no health, medical, or dermatological claims.

• All beauty product purchases are final sale — no refunds or returns.

• Customers must conduct their own ingredient and product research.

• You must consult with a licensed medical professional before using any product.

• Discontinue use immediately if irritation or adverse effects occur.

Digital Products

Digital items (templates, downloads, files) are non-refundable and delivered electronically.
You may not resell, distribute, or recreate any digital product.

Creative Services (Marketing, Branding, Social Media, etc.)

• Payments for projects under $5,000 are due upfront and are non-refundable.

• Revisions may be offered case by case — clients must reach out directly.

• Rush/expedite fees may apply depending on time constraints given by customer.

• Pricing varies per project due to the custom nature of services.

• Clients may use final deliverables only as outlined in the project contract.

• We reserve the right to deny refund requests for completed or in-progress work.

• We reserve the right to deny any project at our discretion.

• We retain the prerogative to accept or decline projects or requests as appropriate.

Monthly Service Agreements

Our monthly services are month-to-month and must be renewed manually.
We do not provide automatic or recurring billing for these services.

Future Services (Photography, Appointments, Bookings)

For applicable future offerings:

• A non-refundable deposit is required.

• If appointments are rescheduled, the deposit may be forfeited depending on circumstance.

• Cancellations are not guaranteed refunds but may receive up to 60% depending on the situation.

Payment Terms

We use Stripe as our secure payment processor.
By using Stripe, you agree to their separate Terms of Service.

We do not store or directly process credit card information.

Accepted payment types depend on Stripe’s options and may vary.

Additional Fees

• Rush/expedite fees apply for accelerated creative projects.

• International shipping charges and import fees may apply.

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account termination and legal action.

Shipping Policy

We do not currently ship internationally.

• International orders have additional fees.

• Delivery times depend on the product and carrier.

• Lost or damaged orders are handled case by case — replacements or discounts may be offered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds on any products or services. All sales are considered final.
